For a pretty big boy....I doubt that u will get much outta the DL suit.

I got about 30 lbs outta my suit when I weighed about 250 and it was loose as hell though. It has to be loose or u wont get down to the bar...but it cant be to loose to where u get no pop from it.

I would just reccomned wearing a squat suit on backwards.

And yes if u use groove briefes....they will help ur squat immensly (assuming u use a squat suit).
