Hey blitzcycle;

What you should determine if your going to take creatine is, are you responsive to monohydrate? If you are, no need for CEE because it’ll be cheaper in the long run and will basically perform the same as CEE.

I am not a responder to monohydrate creatine so, I do take CEE. The difference being that CEE has an Ester molecule attached. All that really does is allow a better and quicker absorption rate to the muscle tissue.

I take 6g (VNS-Jacked) 1 small scoop is a combination 3g of CEE and 3g of NO pre-workout and 3g post workout. This keeps a steady flow of NO to the muscle tissues along with any other supplements you may be taking for an extended period of time.
