Whatya think? I was thinking for the first few weeks I would do something like this: DAY ONE: Deadlifts: 3x3, 1x10 Good Morning: 3x8 Speed deads: 4x1 SLDL: 2x10 then DAY TWO: Deadlifts: 3x5 w/ weight from Day 1 Barbell lunges: 3x8 Chins: 3 sets to failure Too much or too little? My back has handled some pretty hard **** haha. (Korte's 3x3 [first four weeks], Coan/ Phillipi) MOP

one day after the other-no Monday then friday system is okay though.

Yeah thats fine, it should hopefully shock your body into growing more/gaining more strength. If it works to your current goals-keep it, if it works the same as before-lose it and save yourself the time, if it yields less result-maybe find a new one or revert back to old methods. The only true way to know is to test it out, but theoretically as long as youre resting good (which you are) it should be fine.

i deadlift twice every 6 days, any less and ive not given myself enough recovery time.

i like the speed days for ur second day, it really will help ur lifts. Not only for DL, but BP and squat as well.

Man if ur goin bif ad liftin hard which i wouldnt doubt ur gunna have a hard enough time walkin the next day or even gettin out of bed atleast wait a couple days seriusly
