Deadlifting 2x a week? - Thursday, January 11, 2007 6:09 PM ( #1 )
Whatya think? I was thinking for the first few weeks I would do something like this:

DAY ONE:
Deadlifts: 3x3, 1x10
Good Morning: 3x8
Speed deads: 4x1
SLDL: 2x10

then

DAY TWO:
Deadlifts: 3x5 w/ weight from Day 1
Barbell lunges: 3x8
Chins: 3 sets to failure

Too much or too little? My back has handled some pretty hard **** haha. (Korte's 3x3 [first four weeks], Coan/ Phillipi)

i like the speed days for ur second day, it really will help ur lifts. Not only for DL, but BP and squat as well.

Yeah, I changed the above routine just today to include speed more simply for that reason lol.
