Deadlift Stalling - Friday, October 16, 2009 5:49 AM ( #1 )
I haven't posted for some time, but anyway I'm expecting NM0ney to reply to my questions as usual :)

I followed his advice on lowering all my exercises and working my way up. It went ok for both  my bench (and it has increased too but also cos previously I was using a grip too close) and squats. My OH Press isn't so good, which is kinda annoying but I'm not concerned.

Anyway, my deadlift seems to have stalled again. I'm not sure if it was I didn't have enough sleep this week, but I got to 110kg this week, which I also did the week earlier and it was terrible. I could feel that I was using bad form.

Anyway, I might be answering my own question, but could the problem lie in my FOOD INTAKE? I haven't increased my food intake for some time now. I've maintained my weight for some time now, simply because I can't be bothered increasing my food intake....and now that I'm near my final semester, final year exams, I need to focus on that.

Anyway, my stats are as follows

Weight/Height: 64kg, 5'8
Squat: 80kg for 5reps (increasing 2.5kg every week still)
Deadlift: 110kg for 5 reps
Bench Press: 55kg 5x5
OH Press: 30kg 5x5
Chinups: 10 reps
