Is it bad when repping off for deadlift to touch and go off the ground...or should I stop the bar then start each rep all over agin? I usually just start off the floor then never stop until my sets over with.

I also just tap the ground. I make sure i dont bounce it or I wont see very good results and meets

I dont mind touching the floor I was just wondering if it was wrong to not stop in between each rep.

As long as you have contact and truthfully, if you train with a complete "dead" stop you will improve your lift for meets- e.g. :Don't train for the "minimum"
