Deadlift Reps - Wednesday, November 30, 2005 3:48 PM ( #1 )
Is it bad when repping off for deadlift to touch and go off the ground...or should I stop the bar then start each rep all over agin? I usually just start off the floor then never stop until my sets over with.

As long as you have contact and truthfully, if you train with a complete "dead" stop you will improve your lift for meets-
e.g. :Don't train for the "minimum"
