Im pretty sure that was actually 245, might of been 235 im not sure. Anyhow i can get 245 4-5 times.

Anyhow i went for 315 (which ive gotten before) and failed so i deleted the video. Anyhow i've been dead lifting and squatting for nearly as long as ive been benching and I suck at both of those.

From what I can see it looks as if you actually have near perfect form.  You seem to be doing every important aspect of the lift correctly..

Next time let the camera run.. often the first lift might be good but as you proceed into the 3-4th rep.. the form starts breaking down..

Nice lift!
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

Interesting. If my form is correct then the only thing I think I have been doing wrong is my grip. That was my second time i've ever deadlifted with a mixed grip and the first time I deadlifted with chalk. Maybe my grip was subconsciously holding me back all along. Only time will tell i guess but i'm going to hop back onto pretty much as simple of a routine as possible focused upon the big 3 and ride it until December or so.

Thanks!

Any further opinions are as always appreciated.

Well i'm technically "deloading" by simply maxing. So that video was just one of my light warmup sets before i got into it. I'll post videos of some real working sets in the upcoming weeks but when i deadlift i generally do a 1 sec or so reset between each rep to make sure everything is good and make sure its a true deadlift.
