Day 1: On M stak. Check it out

So I'll start off by giving you guys a little back ground info. First of all my signature says 176 lbs (in the afternoon) and that is of aug 13 ish. Today, aug 25 i weighed in at 181 this morning. First good sign of the day. Took mstak and showed up to the gym about 40 minutes later and was awake and ready to lift. But I usually always am. I have a HIGH tolerance to caffeine so I didnt see much of the energy blowing out of me. Anyway, Ive been feeling a little tighter the last few days and have been happy with it. The 5 lb gain was nice. So I started a new workout, post exhaust super setting and its a toughy. Less than 2 weeks ago I benched 205 for my first set and the 6 reps got tough so i lightened it to 200 and was spotted thru the rest. My next chest day rolled around and I switch it back and forth from straight bar to dumbell. that day was dumbell. Got a nice lift. Last set of DB bench was 85's and I got my 6 reps with little spot. Today being my next chest and shoulder day. Also straight bar bench day. I put on 195 and easily pumped it 8 times before i racked, and i only racked it cuz I woulda kept going and im shooting for 6 reps. Went and did my DB fly 20 rep and came back to bench and put 205 back on. Pumped it 7 easy times and racked it. I'm starting to feel amazing. This wasnt what i remembered and its been less then 2 weeks. So I went and did cable flies after this cuz I just decided to change it. Everyone knows cables resist all the way thru. OK, last set of bench, threw on 215. It felt heavy on the lift but once i started going down with it I was able to just keep pushin it up. I hit 6 reps and that was close to my last one, maybe coulda got 7. On my 7th rep I went negative and didnt have much trouble on the burn down. Felt good, yes but i was still strong. Partner helped me rack it and I was ecstatic.... Now this msg is alrdy long so I'll just go on to tell you that the rest of my workout went great also. Incline, DB incline and shoulders couldnt have been better. I work hard in the gym and believe alot of that is me but I cant say im not happy with mstak.

It wouldnt have any effect the first day, in 40 min it would not have even been completely in your system. Sounds like placebo. I have taken mstak for a few cycles in the past. Give it 10 days and you will see some increase in lifts and probably some weight gain. It takes time to build up in your system. Good job on increasing your lifts.

yeah that was my thought. ill keep everything posted. its pretty exciting. lol
