What kind of routine do you do?

All I've ever seen you talk about is how obsessed you are with having the perfect diet.  I don't think I've seen you mention working out.

I know diet is more important, I'm just curious.

Looking good so far.

i switch it up pretty often.

i was following a full body routine a lot like HST for 12 weeks up until about 2 weeks ago.

right now im on a 3 day split of back-chest/legs/arms

the fat pic is from about 2 years ago. it didnt take me that long to cut but thats the only pic i could find with my shirt off.

my lifts are pretty crappy for now because i spent a lot of time cutting which wasnt great for strength and also i usually follow routines geared more towards hypertrophy instead of strength. my main 3 are about
bench:175
squat: 225 :(
deadlift:300

Looking at your current pic.. you have absolutely no sign of gyno.. I really don't see any fat at all on the sides of your pec like you described...the muscle line runs straight up into your delt as it should..  Great job..

Boys between 13 and 19 get those gyno spots all the time... When I used to get them, they would go back and forth from left to right every few months or so, lol... they eventually will go away.  I didn't notice them in the pic, but I believe you if you say you have them cuz everyone gets em.

Nice work btw.

I'm also 5"11 and you have like 15lbs on me and only like 0.7% more bf%, would expect you to be ripped.

well just from ur pic u dont seem to have that much more definition than me but yea idk i would expect to be a little more cut at 11% bf.  (unless by ripped u mean bigger?)

if i was short though that would just make me look more muscular, it wouldnt be the reason for being less cut

lol thanks, those are my 1RM. im fine with my bench and deadlift, i know they need work but they're not horrible for my weight, but my squat really sucks. i gotta work on that more.

i think i started at like 13 but didnt have a clue.  i had a bench with the up rights that were a foot apart and the concrete filled plastic weights.  i only did bench and curls.  then i lifted on and off through high school.  when i lifted i did bench everyday.  as i got older i added more exercises but still had no clue.

i think i stopped lifting for 2 years after high school.  i got serious for 6 months.  i actually had a routine and was getting like 5 days rest per body part.  after 6 months i took a 3 year break.

after the break i got into it again (2003).  having more knowledge things were going great.  i found this site in  11/2004 and learned a great deal more.  i stopped lifting in may of 2006 from a shoulder injury.  i should of only have taken a month off but 1 turned into 2 and 3 and finally 14 months off.  once i stop its hard for me to get going again.  joined back up in 08/2007 and been at it ever since.

so thats my long boring history.  damn if i had your knowledge back in high school.  talk about time wasted.  i only got a clue when i was 20.  and got much smarter about lifting when i was 23.

thanks IBB.  yea i cut the pic up to fit the 145 width.  and black and white so i dont blind eveyone with my nasty white skin.

yea im glad i decided to get into it and learn so much at such a young age (however i went through a few years of clueless dieting/training as well starting in 5th grade lol). my dad is always saying crap like "i think u should stop all this now and pick it up when ur older cause ur missing out on a lot of the fun of going out and having pizza, etc....." but i heard so many guys on this forum talking about how they wish they started earlier and i think i'd be so pissed off if i decided to put it off until later. plus its such a big part of my life now.
