Dark Matter good enough? - Tuesday, June 16, 2009 2:48 PM ( #1 )
Normally I've always done separate protein and creatine after workouts and then I was told that Dark Matter works the best for building muscle mass.  It's only 12 grams of protein but according to the product the mixture of minerals and creatine creates up to 40 grams usable by your body and that a user should NOT supplement it with more protein after the workotu cuz it will mess up the balance.  DOes any of this make sense?

I'm curious if anyone has had good experiences with Dark Matter?

I picked some up when it was on sale and have been using it the past couple weeks instead of superpump. Seems to be working just fine, it tastes good, it is really thick though and the label says not to eat for an hour after you take it which I dont like.
