Alright well I decided to make a journal to keep tracks of what I did.

I first started training seriously in december 2007 and today is April 2008.

I kind of lost my motivation to train because I do fail at preparing meals, I rely too much on eating as much as I can which I fail at doing too...
I guess It'll work better once I get older and do my grocery on my own where i'll decide what I eat etc. Until then this is a obstacle that I need to figure out what the solution is.

I do like my physique as of it is now. It could take a little bulk but like I said I fail at getting bigger, So I guess I'll get stronger and start to lift for power for a little while.

I recently bought myself a squat rack, a bench, a pull up bar and a sh*tload of weights so I can now start lifting for real!
With everyone saying they squat 300's and bench 230's I though I would be in that range so sunday i went to it and look what was my 3x10's, not my maxes.

I was first embarassed to tell but i'm a weak as* b*tch! I bench 105 3x10 times, squat 100 3x10 times... I hate it. Can't help it I guess... I've only been training for 3 months? come on now =(

As of today I took the resolve of training upper body and lower body each and every day in a split, while adding 5 lbs or what I can add to each big lifts. So basically
Monday upper
tuesday lower
wednesday upper
thursday lower
friday upper

************************comment on that ?****************

etc etc, I'll take rests when I feel they are needed. Each and every workout i'll raise the weights on the big lifts as I said above.

I hope by this I will get strongers like you all, feel more confident in myself... sort of, and work on my discipline and form so once I'm ready to go all out on bulking i'll be ready to hit the weights like never before, ah.

170 lbs at 6ft 2 now BTW, 17 y.o
