If you don't have a problem with the same thing all the time, is it ok to eat the same meals at the same time everyday, until you need to alter them for future gains?

The body is very adaptable. If you did the same workout every day, you would stop "shocking" your body into growth and would eventually stop gaining. The same is true for nutrition. If you eat the same thing every day, it will stop having as much of an impact. I think it is best to change up your diet every couple of weeks. You could adjust the ratios of fat/prot/carb every once in a while, for example. Something I do right now to switch up my diet is eat very different things one day a week, usually Saturday. I think this gives your metabolism a little "kick" and revs it up. I try to vary my protein sources during the week too - not just eating chicken, but mixing it up with fish, lean beef and pork, eggs, etc. Bodies are very adaptable, so you need to continually switch it up to keep shocking your body into change and growth.

Ok, so how about this.... If the body responds so well to change, wouldn't it be better to one week have a higher carb percentage, the next week lower the carbs and raise the protein, and then the next week even all the percentages out and then start over? Example: Week 1 {Carb Week} Carbs: 50% Protein: 30% Fats: 20% Week 2 {Protein Week} Carbs: 30% Protein: 50% Fats: 20% Week 3 {Balanced Week} Carbs: 35% Protein: 35% Fats: 30% Repeat Or is this something you would want to do on a daily basis. LIke have a Carb day, Protein day, and balanced day?

It sounds like it would work, but I think a long with changing up your diet, the way you train too. So not to take from your body when you change things up, It sound like something that would help you with muscle gains. Maybe a little more experiance advice could help us out? Anyone?
