DL form - Sunday, April 09, 2006 10:25 AM ( #1 )
I decided to switch back over to Sumo for DL. I am gonna put my stance in farther. I think I can have better form as long as i can keep my back from curving out (not keeping it strait lol).

Got any ideas how I can do this? I figure putting my stance closer then I normally do on Sumo will allow me to get my butt down....I also heard putting ur shoulders back will help also with head up.

I figured that I use too much back on conventional and can't get my butt down low enough to use a suit.

Any ideas helpful.

yeah, sumo is feet wide (like a power squat), and conventional is bsically shoulder width...either way is good depending on ur body type and strengths.
