 DILEMA!

DILEMA! - Sunday, July 08, 2007 3:55 PM
So I broke my right hand , well its obviously broken , two weeks ago i got in a fight , my pinky and "ring" finger on the right hand are like deformed ,t he knuckle is like an inch back , i havent got xrays or nothing cuz everyone said they couldnt do anything , but my friend did the same thing sat nite and its not nearly as bad as mine and they casted him , talking about putting in a pin and now im like freaking out.
because ive been working out for like 3 months , finally seeing some size diff and making progress but i see the doc tomorrow and apprently ill need to have it rebroken and put into place plus a cast!!!!!
 
ive come so far , this is one thing ive actually been dedicated too! and now that im seeing a diff in my body ill be devistated if i cant work out! i dont want to loose it all
 
i can obviously still work my legs and abs , but  upper body is  what i crave! i know theres a few machines i think i can use in a cast!
 
anyone ever had this happen to them or have any ideas so i can still train?

I would consider fight training and begin with learning to make a fist...................okay, totally sorry but I just could not resist!
You can't go heavy cuz you cannot hold weight so you need to work with machines to do heavy and use open hand, it will still hurt.
Just make sure not to reinjure or you wait longer.

thanks lot... and eh! i can fight gosh dangit , **** happens , but ya im gunna do my best to not reinjure ,  like i said  ive come this far and ive been working out with this broken hand for two weeks i really dont want to quit training so anything that can help me stay in the game im willing to do
