With all the discussions about DC training lately I have decided to go back to it for the next 8 weeks and keep a running log here.

Basic Template will be
Monday-chest, shoulders, triceps, back width, back thickness
Tuesday-Biceps, forearms, calves, hamstrings, quads
Friday-Repeat Monday
etc

Nutritional plan
Meal 1-8 egg whites, serving of oatmeal, banana, handful of raisins, walnuts (I always look forward to breakfast

Meal 2-Sustain Protein Shake or bar

Meal 3- Chicken (or ground turkey) 2 cups of rice

Meal 4-Same as Meal 3

Preworkout- 1 serving of Xceed mixed with Scivation Xtend

Post workout 75 grams of Starchy Maize, BCAA, Creatine. Glucophase

30 minutes later- whey isolate protein shake

Meal 5-Lean Meat, Fiborous Carb or Large Salad- (NO STARCHY CARBS)

Meal 6-Sustain or eggwhites or as a treat Natural Peanut Body and Low Sugar Jelly on an English Muffin.

Supplements
Glucophase Postworkout and during high carb meals
Melting Point 2-3 capsules per day.  I typically take 6 during a cut so going to use it on a bulk to try to limit fat gain.
Lean Xtreme -3 capsules per day for cortisol issues

Presently hoovering around 220 and hoping to hit 230-235 or more with some good eating.  I typically dont cosume alot of food so this is going to be the focus and not worry about it since I dont plan to compete again until next summer/early fall

Since I have to learn my body and what weights to use tested it out last night for legs.  The real training will begin in earnest next week

Hack Squats-after warmup 8 reps with 4 plates each side.  Felt good and probably could have gone a little more.
Widowmaker set- 20 reps at 225.  This was actually a bit light and though it wasnt easy-certainly need to up it next week.

Seated Leg Curls-  20RP@130
Standing Calf Raise 20@300 20 second negative phase.

didnt no any arms -just wanted to get an idea of the weights I should be using.

Tomorrow will be upperbody and we start full force come monday

last night was upperbody

smith machine bench (to the throat) 190 (weight only) 8 reps plus 2 rest pause sets for 2 reps.  Most I have ever done
Rack Deadlifts 405 *8 (straight set)
Lat Pulls pin set at 13      -8+2+2
Machine Press-Racked the particular machine 8 reps plus 2 rest pause sets for 3 reps
Close Grip bench 225* 6 +1 +!
Machine Preacher Curls 120  10+2+2

Great workout, felt very full and focused.  I like the idea of  giving it all on one set and moving on.  Will begin it in earnest for the next 6-8 weeks

Presently discussing with a former IFBB pro about helping me prep for my next show-We will see
