well he has 2 inches on you so the weight difference is made up by that, and you would be larger than him because adipose tissue takes up more space than lean muscle mass, so that doesnt add up...  again i'm not trying to hound but from the pictures ive seen of you you arent there...

i'm 5'8 and only 180. i cant wait to get to 230 in like.....prolly 2-5 years. Yet, i havent actually seen a picture of you in a pose. my doc actually weighed me and went "you should lose a few pounds" i didnt say anything but i felt like saying "yeah, those scales are for normal people. not weight lifters"

Two inches isn't going to even out a 25 pound difference.  Anyway, if I see my sister today I'm going to get her to take some pictures of me, if not I'll get some this weekend, I need them by Monday anyway.

Just so you know...my step-sister was diagnosed with liver cancer about a year ago. Last month she unexpectedly had a stroke and has been paralyzed since and her immune system basically broke down. Now she can't take KEMO anymore either. Last week the doctor gave her 2 weeks.

Near the same thing happened to my Grandfather Stock.

He was in Jail, and he got sick. He asked for medical attention but they didnt give it to him for a while. When they did he was diagnosed with prostrate Cancer. He struggled in the hospital for months. It was so sad. All his organs kept shutting down. He was suffering, and he wanted them to just pull the plug.

At least once it happened, I knew he wasn't in any more Pain.

Man that actually kinda brought a tear to my eye..  That's so messed up!  I swear cancer can get anyone of us anytime.    I couldn't deal with something like that.  I feel for your sister..  I feel for you and your whole family, that's a horrible story.  

I am terribly scared of cancer and death..  It just makes no sense to me.. we try to avoid getting cancer by doing this and doing that.. While there are people destroying their liver with alcohol or steroids yet they live into their 60's and 80's.    All you can do is pray for a miracle and spend as much time with your sister as possible.  

You guys are both right....its probably the saddest thing i've ever seen considering shes only 20 years old. Thanks for understanding.

Man.. I don't understand why your biceps are so small for your height / weight... I mean I just measured my boy he is actually 5'7 208lbs but his biceps are 18 1/2 inches at 15% BF..   your holding your weight somewhere, measure your waist I think that will be a dead give away at what's wrong with the bi measurement.   I have another friend sitting around 20% BF who has 16 inch arms at 210 lbs 5'7.   The majority of his weight is in his waist though. 

Generally when a persons waist is larger their other measurements lack.  Or some have larger legs then others too.  But it's got to be one or the other. 

Don't give me your pants size either, that's not a valid way of measuring your waist.
