150% for 1 minute Used 305. Got 31 reps. This wasnt as much of an endurance challenge as I was expecting. I thought I was gonna start getting real slow towards the end but it was full speed the whole way through. I feel like I could get at least 3-5 more if I tried again. Easier than 20 rep squats lol.

Haha guys don't laugh but I got 11 reps at 150% bw, was pretty nice though because all I had to do was put on 2 45's as I am right at 150 now..was up to 155 but football is making it hard to even maintain my weight. Anyways, wasn't an endurance issue just did pretty slow consistant reps the whole way through, the last 2-3 I took a little longer but not much. Honestly if I hadn't just done a long scrimmage I could probably get atleast 15, but no excuses. Anyways these challenges are pretty cool.

RollingStone weight: 201 bar: 305 time: 1:00 reps: 31 This wasnt as much of an endurance challenge as I was expecting. I thought I was gonna start getting real slow towards the end but it was full speed the whole way through. I feel like I could get at least 3-5 more if I tried again. Easier than 20 rep squats lol. Damn dude nice job, I definitely got gassed about 30 seconds in, I was on pace for like 35 but I could not keep the tempo, great work. Did you get a vid of it by chance?

Some videos would be cool because I bet everyone around you was watching. Don't see people deadlift very often, let alone do that many reps.

Nice one, RS and connelly! Impressive stuff. I'm still admiring the rep count N$ and Chalky managed with the weights they had to pull.

I got gassed on my 3 minute one also. I started out really fast and strong and by rep 15 I was like "oh damn, this isn't good. I can't breathe." My conditioning right now is basically non existant though.

I might be a little skeptical with some numbers in here. I can understand the 60 reps at 100%bw But I can't believe the 31 reps and 150% sorry Rollingstone It's weird it's always on you...I would have said the same with any members but I don't believe you at all sorry. If so, your 1RM would be 620 which I highly doubt... Also, you were the one saying last time you had a grip problem and now you can pull 31 reps at 305 without grip problem...I don't believe it a second. BUT !! If you really did... I am impressed since this would be a a strong man result. I've seen Pudznianovski reps 25 with 405 in like 2 minutes...you just did 31 reps at 305 in 1 minute...you should bulk and compete then.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

I'm not gonna take sides here but this is why we need video proof on the challenges. For one, it would stop people from lying, and two it would stop accusations of this sort that would not be possible if there was a video. I think Rollingstone could have pulled 31, he allegedly pulls the same that I do and I only stopped because I was gassed, I'm sure he has better endurance than me. Still I think the challenges would be better with videos.

RS is around 200 lbs., so 150% would be 300 lbs. 300 lbs. isn't that much. 31 reps is very impressive, but I don't think it's impossible. That's 1 rep every 5.8 seconds.

Well Im not in this to prove anything so whatever, but I actually couldve done even more than I did. And a 1rm calculator for reps that high isnt going to be very accurate.

I just want to say finding out a max from such high reps is pretty much impossible. And just to clarify, i'm not taking sides in this argument in any way. I'm just stating a fact about the max calculators out there.

We can't force people to post videos. If you think you're going to put up a badass number in a challenge then video it if you can and there will be no question. Really there's no point in lying and there's no point in calling out liars. Let's all just try to have fun.

Chalky Palms We should do 2 separate comps, the 3 minute 100% bw one and a 1 minute 200% bw one for the strength enthusiasts. ill challenge you to that, mate
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg Squat Max - 220kg @100kg Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg Weight - 90kg
