: ) Thanks gentleman... Chalky ( 300 lbs for 21) and Spenny (what was it 64? of anything in 3:00 damn) have the impressive numbers though (and similar to Spenny I incorporate explosive lifts although not true Oly'ies though, nearly all the time)... I was just trying to not embarrass myself... Janie and ripped gonna smoke me though... Also my 1 rep max is currently and officially sh*t Although in my defense I must add... I don't have an Olympic bar, so all my deads start 2 " lower than what is normal with 45 lb wheels, so I exclusively, basically deadlift off a platform of 2"... so I could have gotten more at regulation start height.

Yeah funny thing is, im trying to force myself to get more athletically fit by doing these challenges. Motivation if you will. Hoping some of you will pick this up as well and try the same! I am glad so many of you are getting into this. I start the 20 rep squat program on monday, so doing that and these challenges should be interesting...lol

My lower back doesn't remember how to support my torso today.... It keeps wanting to lean forward or fall back... plain upright is a big problem... I only did the push up art of the last one... and that didn't treat me too well either the next day.

F*CK YOU JANE I got 36 because I was trying to beat Nic. I had like 10 seconds left. If I had known you hit 38 I would've done more out of sheer determination.lol

207 lbs 60 reps in 3 minutes. Why in the world did I let you guys convince me to do this, way too hard on my body, especially since I was doing manual labor bending over all day and I was already dehydrated. I regret this but I managed 40 within 53 seconds with 207 lbs, thought im doing good so rested 30 seconds felt worse after the rest, pounded out another 13 by 2 minutes and the last two reps started getting severe headache pain in the back of my neck and back of my head, so I stopped and figured that was enough, but then as I got closer to 3 minutes I pounded out another 7 by the 3 minute mark. So stupid, did it after dynamic squats so I still had some stuff to do after this which was insane. I hope next weeks isn't so grueling, I should have went with the 1 minute challenge.

SEOINAGE I should have went with the 1 minute challenge. Yes you should have. What the hell is a big guy like you messin around with the 3 minute one for? I'm still the only one to do the 1 minute, actually spenny did 1 minute 30 seconds so that is pretty similar. Someone else man up and do the 150% one.

I should have seriously, i got cramps in my upper back and other places in my body. No way I can do the 1 minute again this week, I just figured everyone was doing the 3 minute one so I would join them, but my mistake. The one minute would have been more an muscular endurance challenge, the 3 was just how hard did I really want to push past the extreme headache. BTW afterwards my glutes felt like they were ginormous balloons.

I'm doing the 150% today. I feel great today. But now I am realizing that is 300 pounds give or take a few. This place is going to have some 5 star class athletes if we keep up with this stuff. I'm pretty anxious for the next one. I hope to God it isn't pull ups cause I suck at those.

Sunday is to beat ripped....and hardway...GET READY LADIES ! In my defense I have a physical job... the day I did the challenge, I spent 4 hours on the TOP (the "this is not a step" part) of 10 foot ladder scraping a ceiling, so I was bent over backwards with my hands above my head... trying not to unbalance my ladder, and fall as I scrapped a ceiling... What did you do after your challenge... type on a computer? And that's better ripped ;).... I gave up my crown as deadlift Queen to jane... but I still get my props when I do good, danm it... at least let her actually beat me out. : )

I stand corrected nic.... sorry babe.. I had a late night at work when I did the challenge, so I worked out before spending 4 hours at the very top of a ladder... another 4 moving that ladder around and doing other prep work... directly after, like 2 hours after the challenge (and the rest of my work out), til midnight... that is why my lower back was having problems... too much balancing.
