Can anyone else bench their body weight for like.. 20 or so? I tried the body weight thing today and I only got like 6, so I said screw it and went with working sets.

I can only bench my bodyweight like 6 times..I doubt I can row my bodyweight with good form, I really should start doing rows more.

And today I gave the challenge a shot. Heres how it went 54lbs Bench 26 reps Row 21 Score 47 I was dead tired after that. I'll have to cut my workout in half for today. But a few months ago my score would have been in the 10-20 range lol.

so I am doing what 120% of my body weight for 10 reps? Is that right? If I am only 194 but doing reps with 245 for 10... Is that 120%? or did I not figure that out right.. I was rounding by the way.

IBendBarbells so I am doing what 120% of my body weight for 10 reps? Is that right? If I am only 194 but doing reps with 245 for 10... Is that 120%? or did I not figure that out right.. I was rounding by the way. Pretty close, but 126%.
