Swole, you look like you have a very long torso. You also look like you lost some weight. I think it's time for a bulk.

getnswole u have to be kidding me.. bulk? your the second person to tell me this i have to say im impressed with your results, good job. I wouldn't recommend cutting though. i'm not even going to argue about it with anyone because no ones going to win and its just going to take up my time but swole i'm thinking you probably agree with me.

Good job Swole. Noticeable cut. Whose trophies are them by the way?

I would say recomp swole. Eat maintenance calories for your body weight and keep up the cardio and lifting. You'll lose the fat but hopefully replace the weight with muscle. Keep up the good work!

yes i need a tan badly. haha thanks for pointing that out... and yea i am eating less, some days i cheat which is mainly on the weekend. i drink alot of water and workout usually 4-5 times a week. i didnt think everyone would be so impressed, i dont even notice a difference. i think i look different in person but oh well. trophies: my grandfather has and collects old chevy cars and trucks. this is just a piece of what he has won thoughout the years. and to think, with all those nice cars, his bald short a$$ couldnt give me one. :)

Nah there is some definate results, but remember not to let yourself be too proud, ya know? You realize you've put in hard work, and seen results, congrats. Now it's time to move on and keep seeing results. Don't spend to much time pattin' yourself on the back, keep at it and you'll be cut in no time. But all in all...good work.

I agree 100%. Your arms/traps look very small. Eat at maint and continue doing what you're doing. You'll fill out.

im impressed swole, thats some great progress. Keep it up. I would say keep trying to bulk, nothing burns fat like more muscle.

Basically Swole, multiply your weight by 12, and eat that many calories a day, and keep doing cardio. That should be a nice slow bulk, which is exactly what you need.

I can def. see progress in Swole's pics. Good job man, keep it up. Go by what Frank said for the nice slow bulk. Don't worry about cutting up just yet.

Less carbs towards night, most carbs (starchy) during the day. Don't forget your good fats. And lots of greens.

Olive oil. David, you're a twig, Swole is more of a stick covered in butter right now. A slow bulk will get him to burn the fat, while also promoting muscle growth. I think in my avatar I was the same weight that Swole is now, look at the difference in arm size, for comparison.

So if your having him at at just above maintenance, or maintenance, calories... for a recomp... 2300 doesn't jibe in my book either. Niuce work swole, BTW Can I judge yet are we done, every bodies is up who participated

Your avatar pic is pretty low quality and its hard for me to tell how big your arm is. It kind of blends in with your other hand sticking up to hold the camera. You should try and take a clearer pic.
