your coming for me? i should be scared? so basically im at 193-194lbs, i run just bout everyday or when im bored. i take constant trips to the toilet, and throw up bout once a week. last friday after working out, i went run and threw up in the middle of the walk back. it was pills i took post workout. but then i just kept going. i went to my uncles house and it was like a little party for my mom's bday. well, everyone kept asking me what my secret is. and today in school, i was asked the same thing. and then some dude pissed me off when whe called me fat matt and he wanted me to take his folder and pass it to the front. instead, i just sat there. and my teacher asked me if i had a problem. i said, yes i have a serious problem. so she took me outside, blah blah, got sent to the principle's office, sent back to class. a few mins before the bell rang, they were talking ___ on me again so i ignored them but really wanted to get up and punch all of them in the face. does anyone know how hard i work to get where i am? or how much harder i will keep on working? this has to be the hardest thing i have ever done. but i wont ever stop working at it.

bulkingup BTW...WD how's the cutting coming along? Cutting is for the Birds and Rabbits! My back problem from a couple of weeks ago is hindering me. Hard to run long distance. Going to try again tonight. My right leg doesn't come up as it should and after thumping along I get a headache. Tonight Im going to try a machine and see if its better than on the road. Just a few weeks left of the small rodent food. For the record... I love Da Bulk! ahhh food...

Just got back from using the Eliptical. Set on difficulty of 12 I did 20:10 mins for 2 miles. A struggle to finish, lower back was tight. I think if I stick with it I can get up to 5 miles and get past the strain. Will hit it again Wednesday night (Thursday morning) Anything is better than sitting.

How many weeks do we have left? This has been a tough few weeks. I'm overcoming physical problems and now massive mental strain. I'll explain more later, when all is said and done. Can anything else happen?? Keep going everyone...We are almost there!
