I keep starting a journal and then never complete it. Well, as my new year's resolution is to hit 175lbs at 10% BF by July I'd like to keep track of it. As for my routine I found one by chance on the forums and it looks perfect for me. Fast, 5x5 rep range, and major compound lifts focusing on squats. Monday+Wednesday Well, I kinda screwed myself over as I forgot my workout sheet both times and was kind of going blindly at it. Still great workouts all around and my legs have never been this sore save for the very first time I worked them out. Oddly I've gained a pound on a seemingly forever cutting diet.
