While I am not at the level of muscle I'd like to be, I have decided to begin to cut. My bodyfat is simply too high. My specs are the following:

210lbs
19%BF
5'9
Bodytype: Around 85% endomorph, 15% Meso

Max Bench: 130lbs
Max Deadlift: 220lbs
Max Squat: 320lbs

I expect this cut session, which is my first, to last approximately 3 months, possibly 4. I will weight train after school/after my job (I recently got fired, so I will have to find a new one soon, but I have a good 400 dollars to spend). I will do around 10-20 minutes of cardio (I will run/jog/walk when I am at too high of a heartrate). I also currently have gym in the morning, which is pretty intense, and lasts a bit under an hour. I also, eventually, plan to do another 20 minutes of cardio close to when I go to bed, it is a game called DDR :D.

As for nutrition, I actually have a couple of questions, particularly concerning milk/fruit. Are these products "evil" when cutting?

I will keep everyone posted every week. Night.

Well. It looks like my pririties are changing somewhat. I've been sick with pneumonia for around 8 days and that has taken a massive toll on my upper body, paricularly my arms. I actually HAVE lost a good amount of fat, at least 10lbs.

So, I am going to go on a 1 month bulk to regain all the muscle I lost, as I've lost WAY too much.

Well, I've been set back a bit. I've gained approximately 2lbs, which I am sure is 99% fat. It's from gorging on cake all week. Now, I lied, it's time to cut. Wrestling is just around the corner, and people in my weight class will destroy me.

It appears my body metabolizes food fine, it just hates sugar. No big loss there.

Well, I'm officially starting it. Yeah, I didn't do anything for a few months. Today was friggin brutal. I'm currently on the ECA stack minus the aspirin and it, combined with circuit training, made me pass out for approximate 10 seconds.

Squats- 1 x 15-20: 145lbs
Leg Curls - 1 x 12-15: 180lbs
Calf Raises- 1 x 12-15: 135lbs
Crunches - 1 x 15-10: Nothing
Hip adductor machine - 1 x 20-30: 180lbs
Hip abductor machine - 1 x 20-30: 180lbs
Leg Press - 1 x 12-15: 200lbs
Seated Calf Raises - 1 x 12-15: 50lb per leg
Bicycle Crunches - 1 x 15-20: Nothing

Squats and calf raises were a bit easy, as was the left press. I'll be going up another 20-40lbs on each depending. I did the circuit training cycle 2 and a half times. By the end I was so exhausted I plopped down on the couch for 5 minutes or so. I attempted to do some HIIT but I was feeling so sick that I only pushed out 4 minutes excluding warmup. At the end of the HIIT mini-session I plopped down on the mats that are below the stairs (cardio area is a floor above) and passed out from exhaustion for 10 seconds. When I got back there was a pooling of sweat and spit around and under my face.

I'm considering buying some aspirin to make the stack complete as it apparently makes it more effective.

Oh, and as a bit of humor, while I was in my end-session sauna I saw a guy with the biggest pair of balls I've ever seen in my life.

Bah, being sick set myself back.... again. I think it's due to lack of vitamins. Now taking multivitamin and hope to get back in the game soon.

Well, lost 3 pounds, gained it all back. I'm going to start getting my own meals independantly. My mother insists on making incredibly fattyful meals. Starting monday I start again and I begin a "no junkfood" period. My water intake has also plummetted.
