im currently bulking and just wanted to put up my dailey diet, give or take a little thats about it. i try to keep myself from being hungry, if i start to get hungry before my meals i just move my schedule up a bit.  but this is about it, been doin this for a while and it seems to work... any addvice?
 
8 AM-
2 eggs fried
bowl of grapes
glass of milk
banana
potatoes
 
10:30-
banana
orange
protein shake
 
11:30-
oatmeel with two tbls's of peanut butter and a hand full of walnuts
sandwitch
 
pre-workout-
peice of break+SP250
 
post-workout -
mas-xxx
tuna sandwitch
orange/banana
 
small snack before bed-

by the way im 170 pounds, low body fat (dont know my %) , built pretty good now. just lookin to get stacked till i start cutting.
