To start off i'm 21, in at aobut 157lbs.  I work out every otherday(with the rare everyday occasions).  I previously bought ON gold standard whey, and after talking to a guy at a local nutrition shop convinced me to buy cytogainer(which tastes fantastic btw lol).

Anyways i'm trying to formulate a daily plan to work in both shakes through out my day/week.  I'm pretty set on taking cytogainer as a breakfast supplement(partly because i never eat breakfast really).  But any insight and help would be fantastic.  If info is needed feel free to post- thanks in advance.

Agreed.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1/2 scoop protein powder

Eat it cold, it takes 30 seconds to make and takes me 28 seconds to eat.  I count every day.

That's less than a minute to eat breakfast.  Wake up a minute earlier.

If I am in a rush I do: (all in a blender)
-1cup oatmeal
-10oz Milk
-1 banana
-3tbs peanut butter
-1 scoop choc PP
