I'm just wondering if this product is right for me ??? I'm 21 i weight 145 pounds, i'm currently trying to bulk a lil maybe 10 - 15 pounds right now is my goal. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this product, how did they like it, did it taste good? and when should i take the shakes during the day ... thanks

i'm taking cytogainer right now.

what is your bf%?    i take one in the morning with a full breakfast.  and then split another one as a snack  between lunch and bf'ast, and between lunch and supper.

i like the taste. i got the chocolate (if you like choc.)   just remember that it's 600 calories with water, and close to 900 calories when you mix with milk.

Current weight : 202.4 lbs
32 in" waist
10.5% body fat - Jan 2008
Current BF : 13%
16.5 in' bicep
305 lb. max bench (in Jan. 08)
300 lb. max bench (on April 15th, 2008)
200 lb. Barbell Overhead press 1 rep max (April 2008)
Deadlift max = 275 lbs (april 15, 2008)
Curved barbell Curl max = 130 lbs. (April 15, 2008)
max squat = I don't know.. injured myself

Supplements
Sweet Potato Smoothie daily
Musclemilk - cytogainer (gots to get ma' carbs)
Whey protein smoothie in the A.M. (peanut butter, milk, whey, oatmeal = yum)
Fish oil, vit. c, multivitamin



Working out is 90% mental... 10% physical

the more calories the better my body fat is prolly around 10%, i'm a pretty skinny guy. I'mm tryna put on some pounds.

you'll be fine then.  as long as ur bf doesn't go too much over 15% i'm told.. i wouldn't worry about it.  BULK BULK BULK.  eat alot... and use the cytogainer to get those calories in between meals

I would take it inbetween meals, not with meals. When I took it I did half at 10 and half at 2. You still have to eat a lot, dont use it as meal replacement. Works good.

Anybody else???  What are the serving sizes ? like 1 2 3 or 4 scoops?
