i'm taking cytogainer right now. what is your bf%? i take one in the morning with a full breakfast. and then split another one as a snack between lunch and bf'ast, and between lunch and supper. i like the taste. i got the chocolate (if you like choc.) just remember that it's 600 calories with water, and close to 900 calories when you mix with milk.

BULK BULK BULK. eat alot... and use the cytogainer to get those calories in between meals

I would take it inbetween meals, not with meals. When I took it I did half at 10 and half at 2. You still have to eat a lot, dont use it as meal replacement. Works good.
