CytoSport Complete Whey Protein ( I tried out chocolate)

First thing you`ll notice when using this product is that is mixes in water (or milk) almost instantly and doesnt even leave any lumps. It tastes really well with milk , even when you mix it with water its still very drinkable ( kinda like when hot chocolate w/ water becomes cold ) , but it does leave an aftertaste

Iron-Tek Essential Protein 100% Pure Whey (again chocolate :P )

Well as far as mixing goes , you really need to use a blender or some sort of mixer or else your gonna be "eating" your shake ( its that bad). But it tastes very good , this one`s a bit less suggary than cyto, but you get a better chocolate taste ( which I like ).

If you compare the two , Iron-Tek costs a bit less than cytosport , and has much more protein in each serving ( 22 vs 16 ) , as long as you use a shaker each time you drink your protein , Iron-Tek is a better choice
