it's a LEAN muscle maximizer i believe it says at the bottle.   it's a meal replacement basically.  loaded with carbs and protein.  great stuff.  just DON"T have it for your bed-time snack.  i mean.. you can, but be prepared to see your tummy grow with fat.

My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Been using Cytogainer for probably about 7-8 months now... Really like it. Tastes great and provides plenty of carbs and protein! Its basically a meal replacement. Roughly 600 Calories with water, and 900 with milk! Tasty :)

NOM NOM NOM

I have cookies and cream. It's a weight gainer but I do enough cardio and only take half a serving so it's pretty much just the perfect protein shake for me.

It's better than nothing, but it's even better to start your day off with some solid food.
