Cyto-gainer{protien supplement}

I was just wondering if anybody had any information on this cyto-gainer protien I found in Supps 101. Anything would be helpful

Well, I don't know much about it, but looking at the label it appears the stuff is mostly whey concentrate and maltodextrin with some whey isolate, vitamins, and other supps like creatine. It's a decent price, but you might be better off just getting a whey isolate and adding dextrose or malodextrin on your own.

I didn't like Cytosport till my wife started working there and I found out the people were very nice and well versed in sports nutrition.

I've tried their other products.. like MuscleMilk and at first.. didn't like it (because I didn't like the company for whatever) and actually... it was the best before bed protein shake I've had.

I can say this.. they have a good tasting product. It's not overly expensive. You can always find other alternatives.

Now you intrigued me. I'll have to try it and write about it in the Supplement Review section.
