Cutting and still gaining muscle - Wednesday, June 25, 2008 11:04 AM
OK so I decided to start cutting. My body isn't toned at all and it's time to start toning.  But I don't want to risk losing muscle. What is an estimate amount of calories to consume daily without losing muscle? I'm currently eating 3200-3600 cals.

At a minimum you will need to provide your current weight and body fat percentage.  Toss in your age and anything you can guess about your particular metabolism and you'll get even better answers.

Okay.
Well I can't get you body fat percent, because I don't know how to calculate BF % without one of those devices that does it for you.
But I am 16, Male, About 150 lbs. Very untoned =/

We need a height too.  150lbs is low if you are 6 feet tall, but could be alot if you are 4 feet tall.  The more info the better.
