Newbie here, need a good supp to take for 30 days (along with a good diet and cardio) to get cut.  I am going to mainly focus on my abs. One guy said take the 6 Oxo but with Ephedra and another said go with Novadex XT.  Help!!!!!

You wanna cut, but you are looking at a Test Booster and an ATD product.  How old are you?  And tell me specifically, what are your goals.  I'm sure you know that you can't cut and bulk simultaneously.

Stay away from ephedra products, if you can still find them...Too many bad things to do with ephedra. As far as a metabolic support supplement goes, I can't really help you there because I am looking for one myself! But I am looking into HOT ROX. It seems like it's a powerful and very effective fat loss support supplement, but do your research until you find something you're happy with, unfotunately it's mostly trial an error.

Now when it comes to cardio, through all the reading and research I have done on effective cardio workouts...Time and time again it has come up that High Intensity Interval Training is the best one you can take on into your training program! It builds endurance, explosive power and burns fat at almost triple the rate of regular cardio. Just make sure in between weight lifting and cardio you get plenty of good balanced foods (Proteins and complex carbs) and rest too (hit up the nutrition forums for dieting ideas)! Otherwise you won't make any gains except unhealthy muscle loss.

Make sure you do weights as well as cardio, weight training can be just as effective as cardio in burning fat, and in some cases better at it. You'll get what is known as an after burn with weights where your body will keep burning fat and calories after your workout is done, up to almost 48 hours after your workout sometimes. This is because of the repair your body is doing to the muscle tissue, THAT is why rest is so important.

monday wenseday and friday or saturdays not sure about the last day yet

Depending on your metabolism my friend, a cut from 15-11% BIA for somebody (like me) with a HYPER FAST METABOLISM can be attained in as little as 12 days. With slightly drastic measure (diuretics, etc.) even faster cuts are possible
