-Food Suggestions-


I need to loose some fat. Question is I need help in doing so. What are some of the main foods and anything I need to cut out completely. I already know the cardio stuff. I can gain extremely well, but I cannot lose. Anyone want to add some tips.

It's pretty hard to tell you what to eliminate.. when you don't even give us a general idea of what you normally eat/drink.

just eat REAL food at regular intervals just to the point where you are full...the rest will take care of itself

high protein high healthy fat diet cut out most of your carbs to about 30g's to 40g's a day adjust to how your body feels by either increaseing or decreasing the carbs by no more than 5g's a week 

kind of a healthier version of the adkins diet without most of the saterated fats and no trans fats the healthy fats will help you lean up
