is it possible to cut w/o cardio?even if it takes longer...

Yeah stop eating  jk lol, No I dont think so...You have to performe some kind of cardio even if just walking, that or have really good genes.

yes, but will it be as effective? no.  personally, i hate cardio, so i diet without it, and when i hit a plateau in my fat loss, then i do some cardio for a few weeks to jump start it again.  or, and i prefer this, you could do your weightlifting at an accelerated pace, keeping your heart rate up, and that could function as cardio.  to get truly ripped though, unless you have fantastic genes like angel mentioned, you probably will need cardio.  make it fun and mix it up, though, it doesn't have to be the same boring running routine.
