Hello, I have wondered how to ask this question in the right words for a while and i hope this is it, im 5*8 160 pounds and in good shape, im happy with the wieght i push in the gym, my runs are getting faster and my stamina keeps rising but i would like to cut up my stomach more. I by no means have a gut at all, and i can see my abs but they could look better, problem is im not that big, and do not want to loose wieght anywhere else if i could help it so i always fight with how much calories im going to take in or cardio im going to do. In a nut shell, i would like to have a better stomach area without loosing to much everywhere else. Thanks in advance for the help.

u cant choose where u lose fat and ur stomach will be one of the last places u lose it. also ur gonna have to lose weight if u wanna lose fat at a decent rate, however if u lose almost all fat and no muscle u'll still look just as big (maybe bigger), ur running speed and stamina will go up, and u will have the better abs

I have the exact same problem. I can see my abs but trying to get that definition is a challenge. It's the main reason why i joined this site.

to put it bluntly, no. a lot of suppliments claim to, but the only way to define (inless its completely natural) is loads of exercise, tabatas, interval training and resistance training. if your looking for a quick fix and not willing to do the work then the body you aspire is not for you

Stimulated fat-burners as they are called will only work as hard as you do. They will give you the energy to push yourself harder, faster in the gym, but you have to work with it, and push it farther to work better in your favor. Spot reduction does not exist, repeat: Spot Reduction does NOT exist. Therefore, as David said, you will lose fat everywhere not just the midsection. Personal example: I am finishing up a basic clean bulk that I renamed Pre-Lax conditioning, and I can kinda see my abs depending upon what light I'm under. I just ordered Bio-Test Hot Rox(stimulated supplement) from bb.com and I will use that in place of NO Shotgun to A) Lose unwanted fat B) Prepare for a real cut in March C) Get faster D) Bring the six out -However, as I said before, you have to work with the supplement, it will not work for you. The harder you push, the harder it will work. It's all on you, good luck.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

Guy above me is 100% right any supplement your on will only work as hard as you do. Theres not "magic pill that gets you ripped"
