 I basically just need more ideas/variety in my cutting diet. 

Please post clean healthy cutting foods or link me.

Pretty much all types of veggies, very little fruits here and there. 

But i need CARBOHYDRATE, PROTEIN, FATs  ideas!

rice, sweet potatoes, oats, peanut butter, chicken, pork, lean beef, eggs, almonds...there is a pretty nice list of foods in one of those stickies at the top of this section.

theres an unbelievable amount of food thats good for cutting, just your your imagination.
pretty much all fruits and veg are excellent forms of carbs and a lot of good fibres.
avacados are excellent for natural fats
for protein you have lean meats, fish, cottage cheese, tofu, beans, lentis and nuts (high in nautral fats)

the list goes on
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg
Squat Max - 220kg @100kg
Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg

Weight - 90kg
