IBendBarbells To be continued. Sorry it got late! Okay.. As you would shoot for strength when lifting weights I shoot for time when doing cardio. I never half ass any cardio, I run or I push my self to the max. Sprint!! If I can't go longer then 2 min screw it, I don't go longer then 2 min.. I jump on the bike and then go as long as I can after a short breather. But each time I go to the gym I strive for one more minute until I am at a flat out sprint at 10 - 11 min. Then I switch it up and get on the bike or on the stair master at a slower pace. My total cardio time is 20min and never over 40min. Diet. Just cook! I eat nothing but turkey sandwhiches, egg whites, fish, chicken, Brown rice etc.. I do that for 5 weeks. On the 5th week I switch over to Keto for 2 weeks and only eat almonds, chicken, spinach and fish. That's it.. Super easy! Lol.. It's not even complicated.. although I do have the genetics to get lean regardless.

Word! I used to think that it was all possible without doing any cardio (and actually, I still do believe that)....but cardio really does help a lot! I attribute my major fat-loss success to MMA, which is all very intense conditioning - especially the sparring. But eating all healthy foods really helps too. Keep the carbs low, avoid junk, etc.....basically just eat right.. It is pretty easy, ya just got stick with it.

I like these things you write IBB. You should write more of them.

Lol, are you kidding CSP? Your avatar looks identical to IBB's. I seriously thought you guys were the same person. For some odd reason, you guys arent nearly as popular as Rollingstone, but look just as fit if not better.
