I've always been a big fan of short sessions of things like HIIT or Guerilla Cardio, which are more or less the same thing, but I like typing guerilla. Guerilla, guerilla, guerilla... Plus I have that pdf to link to, guerilla, guerilla, guerilla.

I find that Guerilla cardio thing way too good to be true. Have you done the 8 week program? Did you actually get good results? Until I hear from real people that it works, I'm sticking with my 30 minutes moderately paced cardio sessions.

well the best i can say is what happened to me. Im 15 and iv lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks by cutting out the **** from what i eat. For breakfest i have a protein shake...Lunch a meat sandwhich and a banana....And dinner a chicken breast and a small ammount of potatoes and some vegatables. When it comes to cardio I would walk 5 minutes uphill than run for 5 min then uphill walk then 5 minute run then walk then run. And then i lifted..I did this for 2 weeks and the pounds are fallin like mad

The guerilla cardio is an awesome plan. Mixing interval sprints is recommended by most sports therapists and trainers. It will build endurance and raise speed thresholds. Great for the heart as well. I myself like to do my running on a treadmill, so the measures in seconds are difficult, because of belts speed. Instead of the smaller intervals I do 2 mins sprint and 2 mins brisk walk repeated for 15-20 mins. I wish I could do more cardio than I do, but when I hit it it makes a huge difference.
