so i was like 60 kg and now i am 71 and i want to cut. Does it only have to do with diet or should i change something with my excersize routine?? i mean should i do more reps/weights and cardio??

Cutting is in the diet.

The routine would be more towards maintaince of strength and hypertrophy.

You'll have to continue to decrease your calories to continue to lose weight, you'll need less calories at 60kg then you did at 65kg.

Just continue to decrease to lose weight, continue to increase to gain weight...if your calories stay the same your weight usually will too.
