Cutting Breakfast Burrito - Monday, July 20, 2009 2:45 PM ( #1 )
I have been making this burrito more and more recently, and I really enjoy it.  It doesn't seem to be too bad to eat on a cutting diet.  Here's all it is-

2 Eggs (scrambled)
Small amount of mozzarella cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
Flour tortilla

I added up some of the stuff (rounded up most measurements, so it's probably less calories/fat than this)
335 calories
15g fat
27g carb
19g protein

I figure once i get some 100% egg whites, that will take out a good amount of the fat, as well as when i get healthier tortillas.

What do you guys think about this on a cutting diet?
