Cuts and Gains - Sunday, December 07, 2008 7:03 PM ( #1 )
i got to cut down about 5 pounds to lower my class in wrestling, so what are good foods for a diet to cut weight but help gain muscle?, and also after the season i will be bulking up again, has anyone tried the ultimate nutrition stack of Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer and Protein Isolate?
it ain't the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog

fight record:
 10-2

but seriously just maintain a good diet and get some more cardio in...5 lbs is not that bad unless its really hard for you to lose
