Cut the mustard? - Monday, July 27, 2009 6:23 AM ( #1 )
Ok, so I am on my first week of my cut, I am looking to cut from 10% BF to 6-7% and I was just wondering if it is alright put a little bit of yellow mustard on my chicken with dinner to make it taste better.

If this is not a good idea, healthier suggestions are always welcome and greatly appreciated.

Well, mustard is just ground mustard seeds, water, salt, and vinegar, so why not?

I just had some mustard with my sausage, hope its not something bad for keto. Its basically just ground up seeds right?

Just be careful you don't get one of the honey mustards that add sugar or high fructose corn syrup trash.  In other words read your labels.

Spicy brown mustard FTW.
