Looking for a lean mass, only, I've recently (within the last couple months) purchased 100% whey((low cal/fat for 24 g's of Whey Isolate). Been taking it daily, almost done, so today bought same brand "Any" Whey protein with 17 g's to mix with my shakes. Well, only being 15, I was looking around at the Creatines when the GNC guy today asked me why I was looking at Creatines at such a young age? Immediatley, he told me about CE2, claiming it was the only brand that utilizes the fat or something, and not water like the average creatine. could someone explain this further? He sounded like he was all about commission, as I was looking around I heard him tell a guy all MuscleTech brand stuff is ****. Whadda you think? Commision? or the right advice? I REALLY just wanna stay lean and muscular. I just don't think the protein is doing the trick. CREATINE FOR LEAN MASS suggestions are APPRECIATED. thanks.
