Hi, i was wondering if the cross crunch is any what useful to your abs and if not do u have any other equipments that are available in stores that are useful in building ur abs?

I am assuming you mean left arm to right leg in a crunch style?  If so yes, if done right.

There are dozens of great ab exersizes that you can do with out the use of equiptment, they are the easiest muscles to train, with out gear.

Yer if you are refering to the twisted crunch, I think this is a great exercise to help mix up you ab workouts.
 
In my opinion, the best piece of equipment for building your abs is a flat bench on which to rest your legs whilst lying on the floor, and a couple of weight plates to hold against your chest.
