Critique my diet.

First off, let me say that I'm bulking. I'm at 157 pounds and want to get the 200 pounds, and then cut down to 185. My meal between lunch and dinner is where I need the most help, I can't think of anything to eat there. Also I know that my diet is low on fats, but I'm hoping that fish oil pills can cure that. I also know that it's very high in carbs, but I'm going to go high carbs for a few weeks (4-6) and then low carbs for a few weeks, like Twisted does.
