Critique my CUTTING Complete Schedule - Tuesday, April 29, 2003 9:10 AM
This is my schedule for the next 12 weeks, please critique it.

STATS:
Age: 19
Ht: 5' 9"
Wt: 160
b/f: 20%

GOALS:
Reduce body fat significantly be end of 12 weeks

Workout Schedule:
Sunday: 30-40 mins Cardio
Monday: 30-40 mins Cardio & Chest/Back
Tuesday: 30-40 mins Cardio & Abs
Wednes: 30-40 mins Cardio & Shoulders/Traps & Triceps
Thursday: 30-40 mins Cardio & Abs
Friday: 30-40 mins Cardio & Biceps/Legs
Saturday: Rest

Nutrition Schedule:
Roughly 1200-1600 calories each day
40-50% Protein
30-40% Carbs
20-30% Fat

That sounds good just make sure you' re getting about 1.5g of big P per lb of bodyweight (the standard rule)!

One other thing I can say is I hope you' re not biting off more than you can chew... over the past few months I' ve started some extreme routines many times over, planning to be training 6 days a week or whatever and its really difficult to stick to, sometimes only completing 2 days and falling again.

Since your cutting you should get 10-12 calories per pound. So you should aim for 1600 calories a day.

go for

200g of Protein (800 calories, 50%)
140g of Carb (560 calories, 35%)
26g of Fat (240 calories, 15%)

I agree with Hazballs that working 6 days a week is hard. For 12 weeks, you will end up getting very bored, unmotivated and results will be just the same if you go on a 4 maybe 5day workout week.

Go for 2days workout, 1day off, 2days workout 2days off. This should be a very good way. If your doing HIIT Cardio, dont do more than 30min, your muscles will be ripped apart.
