I agree with Cody you look huge man, how tall are you? Just continue doing what you're doing and you should have some great results. You look good for 3.5 months....do you have a before picture? Looks like you're gonna have a killer lat spread when you're closer to your goals.
24, 6'1" 230lbs........

I need to get my diet down and i'll become a beast!

I'm 6'3 at 245 I lift on and off which I shouldn't but I get bored a lot when it comes to not having a partner. For me having big lats I've had those for a long time. I was always a fan of doing pull ups in Jr. High and High School. I was able to beat the old record at my High School for the 225 weight class that was set at 22 and I was determined to make sure no one would touch me. I was able to put out 52 with me at 220.

I've always been a big guy but here pic is a pic of me 2 years ago on my 21st bday. Not the best pic haha

I never really have a goal to be honest. I like to workout with people a little stronger than myself or at the same strength that way I have something to push past or not get beat by. I guess that is my goal lol

I like big guys !!!
They are powerful and look like monsters (in the good way)

Also, big guys have cute ladies !!! Lucky bastard !

Keep pushing hars but try to add some cardio into that routine not to gain too much fat while working out !

Not that I don't believe it...but still I haven't seen many people do that, even some really trained guys in the army !!
