Hey guys, the last 4 months of 2008 were spent in the gym doing 3 day full body workouts .... THEY WERE GREAT ... I loved doing them, i gained some weight and i got stronger on all my lifts, but then i playeaued and didn't increase in wiehgt or anything. I'm taking 3 weeks off now over the holidays because i am travelling and such, a week has almost passed and i feel like **** .... I miss the gym !!! lol Anyways .... When i get back i'll be hittin the gym again but i think im going to leave the full body workouts alone for now and try this new one tell me what you think.
 
Chest/tri/shoulders
bench                        oh press                   Close grip bench press
incline                        lateral raises 
chest pullovers                       
dips
 
Dack/biceps
deadlifts                  preacher curls
Rows
pull ups
lat pull downs
 
legs
squats
SLDL
lunges
leg extensions
leg curls
 
My golas continue to gain weight .... In the last 4 months of 2008 i went from 147 - 160 for 2009 i want to make it to 170 by the summer ......
 
Also who think i should stay and continue doing the 3 day full body routine .... Thanks alot in advance...
