He is 18
130 pounds
14" arms

Critique as in "what he needs to work on" or do.. lol, you guys have no suggestions?

Yeah I hate that about some of the posters on this site, my two cents is that he needs to work on about everything, obviously he is just starting out.   Have him to the basics, mostly compounds lifts and then have him post more pics in 90-120 days.   Good thing is that his is pretty fit (meaning not overweight) and he has no where to go but up....and I mean that in a positive way.   Hardest part is getting in the gym and he has done that.   Just takes time.   Do let us know down the road how it's going.
