You can see a little difference, you look like you firmed up a little, Whats the time frame between these 2 pics?

Only a month or so. What would you guys reccomend I work on? Does anything look unproportioned? The body I want is really not a "bodybuilders" body I guess, I want something more like Georges St. Pierre. I am a martial artist and boxer so being able to move quick and be slim and muscular is what I need.

1 month is not a significant time frame to see change for most people. Sometimes it can be. If I had to recommend to work on anything judging by those pics it it hard to tell, I would say Chest and your core.

Oh, I didn't know that was a months progress. If you want to be like welterweight size and athletic ability, I would do as Nmoney said and then get cut as hell and do endurance training.

I spotted the difference...you took off your chain in the second one. But to be serious, for a months time, not bad. You can see em starting to show more, you should post one from the "after" while you are flexing, for easier comparing. But just go with what perry and nmoney said.

You are trying to achieve noticable results in months when it takes years. Don't expect to see results so fast, take pictures every 6 months or so, otherwise you will just get discouraged.

Yea I would say work on abs. Good progress too. Just remember it has only been a month. Just wait and see.
