Mon- Chest Incline/Decline, Bi, Tri, Forearms (Heavy) Tues-Shoulders, Back, Legs (Light) Wed- Chest Incline/Decline, Bi, Tri, Forearms ( Heavy) Thurs- Legs(Heavy),Shoulders (Light), Back(Heavy) Fri-Chest, Bi, Tri, Forearms ( All HEavy) No Heavy cardio right now. Heavy Bag (20-25 after every workout) P.S. I need it, gets myself amped down. My diet consists of A LOT of protein, 200 grams - Shakes with Food. I weigh 155. Currently stacking N02 Black/Plasma Jet for 30 days every 3 months, Black Powder, CE2 Hi-Def Cycled with Anabolic Switch, ZMA at night, BCAA's in between meals, Whey, FIsh Oil, Muti Vit.
